Building strength in your core doesn’t just have to be sit-ups and planks. Adding dynamic movement significantly increases core activation.

The exercises below were selected so that you can perform the workout with very minimal equipment  You can make the Ab Burnout your ab routine or you can pick your favorite exercises and add them to your current routine.
